Suspects Leotrim Mucaj, Bekim Kabashi, Lulzim Ahmetaj, Jevdet Kokollari, Durim Gashi and Kubashi are suspected of having injured M.K., on behalf of the debt due to the blame received large sums of money -- the local residence. The prosecution's file says the suspect, Mejim Kabashi, from July 2024 to the beginning of the investigation, and on the run, in Suhareka, deliberately and deliberately, with the aim of illegal profiting of property for itself, exploiting the serious financial state of personal é in which the M.K. was introduced, contracts markedly unproportional amounts in exchange for debt.

At the hearing session held Friday at the Prizren Constitutional Court, prosecutor Petrit Kryeziu made reading the request for the detention measure against suspects.

Meanwhile, the suspects' lawyers: Agim Kabashi, Natal Bulaaj, Ethem Rugova, Valdet Hoxha, Fort Skoro, Liridon Bulaaj, rejected the prosecution's request, claiming that suspects by their actions have not caused property damage to the injured to bring themselves rich personal benefits.
