The indictment against them was announced Thursday by the chairman of the court, Valon Kurtaj, reports “The Justice Trust”.
On the other hand, Judge Kurtaj said that the third parties -- in this case, Amela Svileri, the defendant's mother, Nehrudi's mother -- will return the estimated 39 thousand euros.
Under this bias, expenditures fall to the burden of the court's budget, as well as disgruntled parties against that ruling are eligible for a complaint at the Court of Appeals in the 30 days after its written-shaped accession.
In this case, in addition to the terrorism-accused Skender, Ardijan Djurovic, Ergim Syla and Mentor Bellaqa, who on January 30th 2024 by the Pristina Constitutional Court have all been sentenced to 30 and a half years in prison and 5 thousand euros in fines.
But, in 02.07.2024, the Court of Appeals had partially approved the plea of protecting those accused of terrorism, in which it has annulled the Constitutional Court's conviction in Pristina only in the case that the seizure of monetary means against accused Nehrudin Sk everyone, and for this part the criminal case has returned to retrial and determination.
Also charged in this case was Shkodran Krasniqi, but the same after the plea was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison, and a thousand euros in fine for criminal work “Import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation or unauthorised sale of weapons or explosive matter<1>.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, December 23rd 2022, has compiled the indictment against indictees Ardijan Djurovic, Ergim Syla, Nehrudin Svileri, Mentor Bellaqa and Shkodran Krasniqi, who were accused of preparing terrorist acts in Kosovo.
The defendant Skycker in the fourth prosecution device is charged with the October 1st 2021, in the gas station of “Shall V-Poere”, in the Prizren-Suhareka magistrate, directly handed the amount of 2 thousand euros to indictees Krasniqi on behalf of the purchase of firearms, such as 1 RPG rocket launchers, 8 RGG and 1 pair of dybis, in order to support Djuriaj, the Dallalla conduct acts in Kosovo.
With that, Skypier is accused of committing criminal work “Fugitive and financing in carrying out terrorism” by Article 131, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
