On Monday, joint Kosovo gathering ʹNorth Macedonia, which agreements are expected to be signed

As the prehistoric “” is considered the joint gathering between the Macedonian government and Kosovo, to be held Monday in Pristina.

Several agreements are expected to be signed at this meeting.

One of them is the Protocol for the Joint Border Points in Blace- Hanian of Elez and Jazynza-Gllobocica, or one-stop-shop system, which will enable the constant circulation of citizens only through a border point, without a toll and leading to economic development.

The next agreement will be signed in the field of energy for rational use of natural resources and strengthening energy security and “as a response to the energy crisis in the region”.

Also warned that there will be agreements in the field of education. It will aim for co-operation in the field of professional education, education to increase, exchange of experiences, and all these processes will be realised through direct contacts of education institutions.

So at least it has revealed Albanian Deputy Prime Minister in the North Macedonia Government Izet Mexhidi.

Last time, the two governments -- that of Kosovo and Northern Macedonia -- were held on September 16th 2021, where in Northern Macedonia the prime minister was Zoran Zaev, while at Monday's meeting the Macedonian executive has another composition, headed by Hristian Mickoski.

In Skopje, the two government cabinets had signed 11 agreements, which were considered important for co-operation in many areas.

The Kosovo government has not provided much details for the joint meeting, except it has announced that this event will be held on November 18th, 2024.
