Through a Facebook post, The FSP claims this move was undertaken by the owner at the order of former Z Mobile masters, reports the online newspaper Reporter.net.
At one time, they have accused the Prosecutor and other justice institutions of silence over the case.
This unprecedented act has left thousands of workers without monthly salaries and has blocked the daily functioning of Kosovo Telecom, creating an alarming situation for the future of the company and its workers. As we face the consequences of this long criminal relationship that has eroded Kosovo Telekom over the years, justice institutions, including the Prosecutor, continue to remain silent. Their lack of action not only encourages injustice but also signals disinterest in protecting workers' interests and public property”, the report says.
In addition, the union's response reportedly should prosecute all those who contributed to the creation and continuation “of the corrupt links of this criminal company that have damaged Telekom”.
“Following measures by relevant institutions is required to ensure that workers receive their salaries and that Telekom be released from any unfair intervention that is destroying its functioning and sustainability. Full deletion from any suspicious and criminal contract to restore Telekom's integrity and transparency and ensure a stable future for workers and company” is said to be further in the communique.
