Limaj: State is fun, decision-making and negotiation are art

Social Democrat Initiative head Fatmir Limaj today on the “Rubikon” show in Klan Kosova has indicated that the state and decision-making are not a joke.

He has indicated that decision-making and negotiation are art, and according to him, the country is pushed forward.

The state isn't funny, decision-making isn't funny. Decision, negotiation is art, it's experience, it doesn't come overnight, it's pushed forward, or it leaves the lines, you don't even see”, it's expressed.
