Laert Haxhiu's criminal group, SPAK whitelights the crimes, from three-way murders against Noise.

For special prosecutors, this criminal group consisting of Artan (Mariws) Tafani, Lulzim Spahija (Arapija), Ligor Romacka, Bledar Berber of Erisiano Abbedin is responsible for 13 serious criminal events taking place in different cities in the country from April 2021 to May 2023, when Haxhiu was arrested in Greece.

The group was discovered after Artan Tagan's pen, who agreed to co-operate with justice. In the file submitted to the trial, the SPAK puts the indictment on the shoulders of the defendants for the same month as “the presumption” of Teaup Selimi, in June 2021 in Tepelene, the one of Friedman Xhaferright, the same month in Korca, where his lifeless body was found in the Gjanci and Alban Semakut reservoir, also known as Elton Mermal in Pec in October the same year.

They are charged with “blood feud killings” of Albi (Dionys) Basaliu in Gjochaj Pekaj, in December 2021, and the attempted murder of Meta in April 2022 in Lushnje.

In addition to these crimes, the defendants are charged with “explosive property destruction” in 5 cases, one of which blasts occurred in June 2022 at the resort owned by Rygels Rajk in Durres, known as Nozy, two armed thefts and a case of ensuring conditions to commit murder.

According to SPAK, in addition to the murder of Teaup Selimi and Albi Basaliu, all other crimes were motivated by Laert Hadziu's revenge on Aldo Bares, which linked him to the murder of his uncle's son, Klodian Haxhiu. Referring to the investigation, following the arrest of two close friends, Orges Bilbil and Anterio Kaloshi, currently sentenced forever, through members of the group leading Haxhiu has taken concrete acts for killing people he thought were members of the Aldo Bares criminal grouping, which he believed had been involved in killing his cousin.

In the same file, the SPAK closed the investigation to four other people charged with “malpractice” or “supporting crime author” in group crimes.
