Media lawyer Butterto Kosari has filed complaints with the Independent Media Commission against the Big Brother and Klan Kosova show.
The move came after in reality-see Big Brother Vip Kosova entered as residents Atilla Cardesh former husband of model Drinusha Latifi, who are in the process of divorce following accusations by the model for physical violence committed against her.
Kusari through the complaint has called on KPM to pronounce the highest financial fine on Klan Kosova television for violating Article 3 of the Ethics Code for Media Services providers.
Full Posting:
I just filed complaints with the Independent Media Commission against the Big Brother and Clan Kosova show.
Freedom of expression and media freedom are not absolute. These rights and freedoms come with responsibility and it is the responsibility of the Klan Kosova television, that these rights exercise by broadcasting material in line with ethical and legal norms.
The Big Brother's decision to offer space to a bully and promote him in a show with great visibility is abuse of media freedom and expression.
I asked the Independent Commission for Media to pronounce the highest financial fine on Klan Kosova television for violating Article 3 of the Ethics Code for Media Services providers in the Republic of Kosovo No. KKPM-2016/03.
This will be a key case (andmark key) for the Independent Commission for Media and precedent in the area of protecting women from the institution.
