Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that the two countries have much in common, but that the most important is aspirations to integrate into NATO and the EU.
On the other hand, Kurti thanked Northern Macedonia for its continued support of Kosovo on its journey towards the EU and integration into other international organisations.

The first government also adds that the expansion and construction of interconnection routes between Kosovo and Northern Macedonia is more than important, both for cheaper movement of people and the economy.
“Both are also improving infrastructure. We welcome the completion of the Kosovo-North Macedonia Highway, the last 10 kilometers. Enhancing and building roads is the obligation both to the economy and to the free movement of citizens”, Kurti said.
Kurti suggests that Macedonian Prime Minister Hristija Mickoski and that he will sign two mandates and a protocol, these agreements for education, free movement and energy.
