Judgment on tear gas fails, next session a day after the February 9th elections

The next session is scheduled for February 10th, a day after the national elections are held.
Judge Fatime Demak has made his decision.
Similarly, Minister Haxhiu asked the court to schedule the session for February, as it has a tight schedule during January.
The hearing included the defender of the accused Lekaj, lawyer Musa Damatti.
In this case, Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, Deputy Paul Lekaj and former Presidents Donika Cadaj-Bujupi and Besa Battiu are charged with possession of tear gas in the Kosovo Assembly in 2016.
