Innocent accused of attempted murder of the woman he was living with

The defender of accused Alija, lawyer Haxhi Milaku, has called for the dismissal or replacement of the detention measure against his defence, adding that the tribunal should take into account the defendant's health situation.

With this defendant Idriz Alija is accused of committing criminal work “holding property, checking or unauthorized possession of weapons”, from Article 366, paragraph 1 of the Penal Code.
