Hoxhaj: Government Must Cry Out for KLA veterans Arrest in Macedonia

Today, two governments -- Kosovo and Northern Macedonia -- meet in Pristina.

Commenting on this meeting, former Foreign Affairs Minister Enver Hoxhaj has said he has always been in support of joint meetings.

“Personally, I've put the idea in the Government of Kosovo and adopted the concept of joint assembly of governments 10 years ago. It's good there's been a joint meeting so far, but the particular thing about this meeting is this: Today, the Government of Northern Macedonia comes to Kosovo, which is dedicated to overturning and reconfigureing the Ohrid Agreement, which is the largest Albanian's own achievement in Macedonia. Today, I expect the Government of Kosovo to raise the issue of Albanian language violations in northern Macedonia. Albanian language is of Albanians, not of a political party, but of all Albanian people wherever they live in the Balkans”, Hoxhaj wrote in “Facebook”

He has stressed that unfortunately “we have a Government of Kosovo, which has done everything to reconfigure the Ahtisaari Plan, which is the foundation of Kosovo's independence, just as it is the attempt to break up the Ohrid Agreement, which is the largest political achievement of Albanians in Northern Macedonia”.
