Kosovo's “Economics lacks hundreds of millions of euros due to the failure to realise planned capital investments. Regional roads, initiated in the preliminary governments, have remained in half across Kosovo. New projects promised have not even started, such as Gjakova Airport, the Tetovo route -- the road to Plav, the Durres Railway, and the former prime minister -- has written.
Furthermore, Hoti has published a sign by which she has made a history of realising capital investments of pre-government and present.
The realisation of this government's capital investments is half lower than in the preliminary governments. Here's the history of realising capital investments in some governments:
) Government (2015-2017) 19%
) Haradinaj government (2018-2019) 18%
) Pandima covid-19 (2020) 9.7%
л government Kurti (2021-2024) 10%
* Note: The implementation of 2024 is for 9 months but that does not change the analysis essentially even if implementation increases in the remaining”, Hoti wrote further.
