Former Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has said he believes the future Kosovo government should turn its focus on implementing the envisioned projects in the September 4th 2020 Washington Agreement.
In a Facebook post, he has said that launching large infrastructure projects is Kosovo's strategic interest.
The new government must immediately start preparing implementing plans and secure basic financing to further enter negotiations with Kosovo's strategic partners for full implementation and financing of the” projects.
