Haradinaj wishes Trump: Under his leadership, we created Kosovo Army

Ramush Haradinaj, the candidate for prime minister of the AAK-Nisma-Conservators-E30 coalition, has congratulated re-elected US President Donald Trump for victory in the presidential election. In a Facebook post, the former Kosovo prime minister noted the importance of the US for Kosovo.

“Under President Trump's leadership we have created the Kosovo Army,” wrote Haradinaj, adding that he is convinced that the United States “will continue to remain as our strongest and staunch ally. ”

Haradinaj also stressed the importance of US support for Kosovo's goals, particularly citing direct NATO membership. “On this path to consolidating the state and our short-term goal towards direct NATO membership, US support remains key,” he said. Haradinaj ended up expressing his admiration for the American election process, calling it a reflection of the “values of democracy and the power of the free will of citizens. ”
