AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has visited the City of the Year today, on the continuation of visits to Kosovo municipalities. There he met farmers, entrepreneurs, collaborators and martyrs' families and said he was impressed by the courage and dedication of these hardworking people, who build solid foundations for the country's development.
Haradinaj has seen closely the work being done on the farms and annual companies.
“At Enver Qosa farm in Upper Slatine, I saw family commitment to maintaining tradition and producing quality local goods. I also became acquainted with the achievements of the K-Fentress company in Klokot, which has 65 employees and uses modern technology to export products to Switzerland. These cases illustrate the high potential of our entrepreneurs”, Haradinaj has indicated.
With reverence, I visited the family of witness Medi Corran in Pozharan, who heroicly fell into the Dukagjin Operative Zone. I have also rendered honors to Nazim Ademi, a warrior distinguished in our three liberation wars. During meetings with the Association of Witness Families and the War Veterans Organisation, I confirmed our pledge of dignified treatment of the families of martyrs and warriors, with pensions and adequate benefits”, Haradinaj wrote in his Facebook post.
The first AAK has also pledged support for the sport.
“The enthusiasm of young people of the year, I saw during my visit to the Basketball Club. The alliance is determined to support the development of sports and youth across the country”, it has added.
According to him, with his governance, Kosovo will be transformed into a tempting country for investment.
