LDK's Muhamet Hamiti says that at the time of Albin Kurti's rule, Kosovo has been under international sanctions for a year and a half, while adding that citizens are suffering the consequences of their leadership.
Hamiti, via a Facebook text, adds that hundreds of millions of EU projects have so far been lost.
Kosovo's “as prime minister, Albin Kurti has damaged Kosovo's interests, the prospect of our state, because it has badly steered the process of dialogue with Serbia. Besides accepting all previous dialogue agreements that he previously denounced when in opposition, the Association Agreement has made it worse. He added his self-awareness to the Serbs. He has accepted the EU draft Association for Serb majority municipalities that effectively create political-territorial autonomy for Serbs, contrary to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. Brussels/Ohri's 2023 agreements have become binding on Kosovo. The earlier process of dialogue, which had mutual recognition at the centre, is now at the centre of the Association with substatic autonomy for Serbs”, he said.
Meanwhile, Hamiti adds that Kosovo has not secured any international recognition in the past four years since September 2020.
“Albin Kurti and Donika Gervalla-Schharz had a finish in the process for Kosovo membership at the Council of Europe this year. Their main job now is the election campaign in the diaspora, where they are presented no rarely together. They have also instrumentalised Kosovo embassies for their own political campaign. For what? To secure another mandate of failures for Kosovo”.
Hamiti emphasises that the current ruling register has more often violated the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo than all previous governments combined.
“Government corruption is the largest in Kosovo's history at the time of the Vetevendosje+satelit government. The U.S. State Department identified in its report what it called "the government government corruptation” (a heavy government corruption) in Kosovo, something we are constantly experiencing. Recall the daily scandals, remember the hundreds of single-source tenders they give to their supporters”.
Hamiti asks citizens not to choose that power in the 9th century.
“Instead of consuming power, Kosovo Government leaders are consuming the state. Even so said VV government protagonists: they consider our country to be temporary. Instead of considering themselves temporary, these view the state of Kosovo as temporary!
Those who have chosen this ruling tape do well to stop choosing it. Citizens have access on February 9, 2025”, Hamiti ends.
