In his account in “Facebook”, Gruda has written that the report shows that Kosovo has remained in the same position as last year, at 58th in the world.
The World Justice Project Rule Index for 2024 is published. Kosovo has made no progress in rule of law, remaining in the same position as last year at 58th in the world. In 2020, before the LVV came to power, Kosovo was in 54th place. Since that year there has been only deterioration in rule of law: in 2021, in the country of 60; in 2022, in 57; in 2023, in 58; and also in 2024, in 58th. These are World Justice Project data, not opposition or media. This best shows how this government worked in the field of rule of law and why we like the PDK send and win so many cases at the Constitutional Court”, Gruda wrote.
