Grant scandal, Peci: There is no court in Kosovo or international that can connect me to misusing a cent

Peci said he is clean, and according to him, there is no court in Kosovo or international court that can link him to the use of money.

I respect any legal obligation for something that is not legal, I don't do such a thing much more because I 100 percent am convinced that in any circumstance I am clean as tears. There are no individuals or courts in Kosovo and international that can connect me with no corruption, but also with the misuse of a cent.
