The Act on Gervala was announced Tuesday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina by Judge Debran Jusufi, reports “Justice Act.
The judge said the evidence was rated one by one and proved that the actions Gervala was charged were not criminal acts.
The court has carefully analysed the prosecution's claims, but with no single evidence found the elements of the criminal act to be fulfilled, Judge Jusuf said.
He stressed that from the legal description, the incorrect declaration of legal property represents wrongdoing and no criminal offense - that any correct inacquacy of wealth is a violation.
Regarding the sequencing of property, the judge said that even the prosecution has not demanded confirmation, since the property has not been acquired by criminal acts.
