French Ambassador: When government submits the draft Association to Constitutional, it will chance to join the KiE

France's ambassador to Kosovo, Olivier Guerot, has declared that the state he represents is a supporter of the country's membership in the Council of Europe, however, has cited the Association of Serb-run municipalities.
