A communication through e-mail at the time with the deputy. AZHB) Executive Director Agim Nuha has developed Minister Faton Peci, where he is seen to have raised farmers' rejection by the appreciative Commission as a matter.
Periscopi has learned that the reason for refusing these farmers has become due to a lack of documentation (incomplete documentation). This is based on Administratorial guidance for measures and support criteria for Rural Development, Article 32.
Based on this e-mail, Minister Peci has been influenced by the intervention. A Director ZHB) to ask the DPZHR that all those who refuse be identified, called over the phone to file complaints and proceed to the commission.
Periscop sources suggest that these farmers who were initially rejected, following the call that the DDZHR has made and told them to file similar complaints have acted in this manner and have won grants later.
This is just one of the evidence that Minister Peci has had direct intervention in the issue of grant beneficiaries.
