Following the SPAK's release, Aslan Dodjani said he has filed a conviction for theft of public property in mid- Tirana.
“Today I've also got the former owners of the palace where they live, because that's why I'm here today and I've got a copy of the CD act. I also have a file here that I have sent to the ambassadors because the Albanian state doesn't function. I've requested interference, I've made debates in parliament, asked Prime Minister Rama about the plunder of public property. But what I'm impressed with is that I'm reporting for stealing public property with corruption. I publicly denounced the plunder of public property in the middle of Tirana in co-operation with Cadastra. The cadastre itself has annulled its own legalisation decision, we have brought it to the prosecutor”, he said.
He was called 4 November and after questioning, Aslan Dodgen said he was investigating his home, after a confession that was made, by a builder he called “napter”.
