In the first case, 226 packs of known brands worth 13 thousand and 699 have been confiscated.
“Rest 1: Last night at 20:50, customs officers stopped a vehicle with Kosovo license plates. Until the party was asked if there was anything to declare, “no” replied. During a luggage check and spare tire sharing, officers discovered 226 packaged perfumes from brands as known, worth a total of 13,699.70. After the discovery, goods have been confiscated and eventually subject to procedures of their originality. ”
In the second case, 40 thousand electronic cigarettes, worth 4 thousand and 340 euros, have been discovered.
“Rest 2: Last night at 22:45, a RMV license vehicle was stopped for control. Following the driver's statement that there were no goods to declare, the officers conducted a second check and discovered 40,000 electronic cigarettes worth $4.340.00, hidden in different parts of the vehicle. ”
The two persons have violated the Customs and Actis Code of Kosovo. The cases have been referred to the Customs Counterfeit Sector for further legal action, while the investigation sector is working on additional investigations.
