US elections are decided by American citizens. Of course, because of global survey, whether political or economic, or military, U.S. elections are forwarded from around the globe with much attention and care.
Kosovo has enjoyed bi-partisan support for decades. Both Democrats and Republicans, in various phases, have strongly supported Kosovo towards freedom, independence, statehood, and strengthening international subjectivity.
Yes, the nature of reports with the US depends not only on who is at the White House, but also on who is in charge of Kosovo institutions.
Joe Biden is Kosovo's greatest friend, familiarised to detail with the Kosovo issue. Unfortunately, because of the Kosovo government's adventure and irresponsible approach, reports with the US have reached the lowest level in more than three decades.
