Buya says she has no knowledge of the KLA General Staff in March of HINA98

He was asked whether he remembers that in his earlier statements he had stated that around this time the General Staff was announced through their communiqués.

I remember not being called General Staff. If I'm not mistaken, it's called Central Staff in its public communiqué”, Buja said.

He said he cannot remember whether he encountered any KLA communiqué during the time he was in Switzerland. He said that when Adam Yasar was killed, he was in Switzerland and stayed there for several days after that.

After leaving Switzerland, Boja said she has gone to Albania, where she has been staying for 2-3 days, adding that she does not know exactly as long as it is. With a group of friends, he said that behind Albania they have gone to Kosovo.

He said that when they went to Drenica they stayed with a village called Tica.

When asked about Rexhep Selimi, Buja said everyone had nicknames, but did not exactly remember Selim's. However, he said Rexhep Selimi had recognised him after the war.

“Iu have been led to different nicknames. There was also eight of them. During the war, it was said that Rexhep Selimi had his nickname "30s," but I did not remember the time I was in Tica and the field, neither did I know Rexhep Selimi by name nor as a nickname, but I don't remember him as the 30th:”, said Buja.

The first meeting with Selimi, according to the witness, occurred at the end of 1998.

For the first time, it's represented me as ten, but I don't know who it is. Later I realized it was Rexhep Selimi. This is later sometime after the December of 1998 and the post-war period that Rexhep Selimi has used such a nickname”, Bouja said.

He stressed that there were no orders or instructions to recruit soldiers in 1998.

“The entire organization is done on voluntary basis”, said Buja.
