Beqa: Commission invited non-competitive contesters to interview RTK

Beqa has said RTK has undefined ownership, as it exploits an object for which they don't rent for anyone and has added that there is no document stating that it has been given to the Kosovo Privatisation Agency for use.

He has yet added that there have been many shortcomings in the recruiting process for the regular staff, while he has mentioned several cases in which, according to him, he has been favoured by the Commission.
