Through a Facebook post, Blerim denied that he was Victory Pacolli's brother, adding that when she applied she did not inform the deputy sister.

I applied as a free farmer and didn't count on winning or informing him that I would apply. I Blerim Pacolli, I've been farming in Kosovo for years and yesterday my name has been curved through the gates as if I've earned the grant because I'm Victory Pacolli's brother.
I started this event years ago before the victory was introduced in politics. I have cultivated years of wheat and aronia, for which I have also benefited subsidies in the Pristina municipality the way other farmers have benefited. Then I expanded my investment in the cultivation of mountain goats to continue with milk cows.

To date, everything I invested in Kosovo has been done with my finances that I have benefited by working hard in London for 30 years in exile. I have invested in Kosovo because I have decided to return with my family and have employed workers helping residents of areas where I have investments.

Victory Brother Pacolli wins grant 100,000 euros

That's not true. I won grant but I didn't earn 100,000 euros as it is written on portals. I've applied for a magazine project for a cowboy who's worth 100,000 euros. The ministry covers 65% of the project, while I with my finances cover 35% of the value. Whoever knows a little initial level math understands that the value the Ministry covers the project is 63,000 euros, not one cent more.

It's becoming propaganda and trying to tarnish me like I opened up my business to manipulate and profit quickly and without merit. I've acted as defined by the Ministry's criteria. As a farmer, I haven't had registered business, like most farmers don't. Having business registered before applying for grants does not measure. However, the moment you earn the grant, you must register business because the contract must be made between the Agency for Agriculture and Business Development (legal person) rather than physical. All those with little knowledge of grants know that it's required first to meet the application terms, then if you get the grant, you get the business registration and finally the signing of the contract. I have acted as instructed by the Ministry.

It doesn't. All those farmers who applied as I did and met the criteria have won the grant and didn't need to be helped by someone they know. They earned it because they deserved it. So have I.
