Kurti's government is the first government to complete its four-year constitutional mandate, but its work for four years in foreign policy by political connoisseurs is considered “a colossal failure”, reports Online Economy.

They say that this government has had major restrictions on the international plan, especially on ensuring recognition and membership in international organisations.

International Relations Professor Dritaro Arifi has said the current government on this issue has had very poor progress.

According to him, Kosovo has gained neither new recognition nor considerable representation in the international arena, stressing that there has been no serious effort in this regard from this government.

“As if the Progress Report, for some areas there are visible good, tangible progress, for some areas there are zero progress. In this area, unfortunately, progress is extremely weak. In this area for four years we can say that this is a huge failure of the Kosovo government, so not that there has been no recognition or any major foreign policy, but neither has the attempt, but I believe there was no”, he said.

Arifi has said the government has lacked the desire to empower the country's subjectivity in international relations.

I think she's missing too. Except for knowledge and so it's seen that some kind of will to achieve something more has not been there because where there's always a will, now success depending on how they interpret, but at least that minimum doesn't see”, he said.

Political analyst Africa Kasolli has said that the current government for this mandate in the international plan for recognition insurance, as well as membership in international organisations has been largely stalled, which, according to him, has occurred as a cause of non-passion in implementing agreements with Serbia and normalising reports between the two countries.

The “is the government that probably since the declaration of independence is the first government to complete its four-year constitutional mandate. As far as international recognition security is concerned, membership in international organisations is largely stalled. This is conscious in some way because it has been said several times by EU officials, American and other diplomats that Kosovo's further progress in its international consolidation will depend precisely on progress in implementing agreements with Serbia and normalising reports between the two countries”, he has said of Online Economy.

Casolli has added that the country's failure to join the Council of Europe has proved that without progress in implementing agreements, the country will remain blocked in Euro-Atlantic integrations.

“Wanting to join the Council of Europe proves to us that without progress in this direction it will remain to say that the fate of Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic integrations is blocked. It has already become clear that the international fate of the state of Kosovo, on the basis of current large-scale parameters, will depend on how much I show commitment, determination and how much I will manage to fulfil the commitments it has made in normalisation of the reports with Serbia. Unfortunately, as we already said, Kosovo is facing two challenges -- the first EU, the EC -- but the United States also considers Kosovo should take the initial step towards implementing this agreement, as long as Kosovo remained blocked in this direction I do not say that it could definitely jeopardise the international consolidation of the state of Kosovo, but there may be a delay of”, he said.
