The LDK candidate for prime minister, Lumir Abdixhiku, has visited Mullic's Artistic Residence, where he said he was welcomed by Luan Mulliq's son Drini.
Abdixhiku said it was inspiring to stand in front of Mulliq's monumental works, and reflect on the inevitable legacy that, according to him, has left the renowned artist and academic.
“Lan Mulliqi was not just a great sculptor and painter, but a guide for young generations of artists, and unique promoter of our national culture”.
“I sincerely congratulate this great artist's family and all those who have contributed to the establishment of this foundation which will ensure that the passion, vision and values of this great artist continue to inspire and perpetuate in generations to come”, Obadiah wrote.
He further said that with Sübel Halimi and the New Street, the culture of art will give meritive space.
“With Sübel, and New Street, art culture will be given merit places; both in cultivating our state identity and building infrastructure physical spaces, where works like these and so full, find the curiosity and awe of generations coming around”, he said.
