The loss of the Space Plan and the Zone Map is causing disorganized development, environmental damage and strategic investment restrictions,”, the AAK statement said.
According to the political subject, municipalities and investors are facing major difficulties in decision-making and in the process of providing construction permits.
The opposition party stresses that the adoption of these documents would enable integrated development of mountain tourism, identifying areas with high potential tourist areas and providing security for investors.
A future Alliance government will engage in simplifying procedures for construction permits and drafting a special law for mountain tourist areas,” says the party will be implemented, adding that fiscal stimulating policies for investors meeting sustainable development standards will be implemented.
This political subject warns that the current situation risks damaging the environment through uncontrolled construction and preventing the country's well-organised growth.
And so, The AAK proposes a set of concrete measures, including improving the legal framework for protecting nature and supporting intercommunal co-operation in managing mountain tourist destinations.
