But sending documents to the diaspora does not turn out to be easy work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It has cut the contract with operator “Al BAR Dusi” ( UPS), due to delays and failure to submit about 400 documents to the exiles that have applied.
The MPJ has now announced an emergency tender in which only one company has applied, which has offered a price of about 900 per cent higher compared to the DHL services being carried out in the past.
However, Basha, in a post, has given instructions on how exiles should vote.
He has said that fellow countrymen, to vote, are required to have a valid document from the Republic of Kosovo (insulting, patent drivers or passports).
Basha has added that they can also vote at the embassy/consultary, by mail at the address set by the CEC in the country where they live or by mail at the CEC's address in Kosovo.
