The Constitutional Court in Pec has appointed the 30-day detention measure to three suspects, Gzim Gashi, Faik Gashi and Selim Gashi, for cultivating the hash plant of cocaine.
This was made known by the act provided by “Justice Trust”.
Initially, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec had made a decision on the launch of investigations against suspects Gzim Gashi, due to the suspicion that he had committed criminal work, “Qualisation of the hashish plant. Cocaine or hash-bubbing”, while for suspects Faik and Selim Gashi, the decision to expand investigations into the same work.
