RTK's Independent Union reacts strongly against the scandalous statement by Board Chairman Besnik Boletini for RTK workers. At the Board meeting, held September 6, 2023, in the presence of the union observer as well as the BIRN journalist, Chairman Besnik Boletini has declared:
RTK's Independent Union has reacted to a statement by the board's chairman, Besnik Boletini, who said it receives information that “workers come with pajamas, ʹminiqaı, make check out and that's unacceptable”.
According to this union, this statement by Bislimi is insulting to about 800 employees in RTK, while calling for the same one to release the post of chairman of the RTK Board.
“On the contrary, we as Unions will take radical legal action, including protests and strike. At the top of public institutions, people who insult and denigrate their subordinates have no place. In the public media, there is no place for people who portray their subordinates as fraud and incompatible”, it says in response.
While Boletin has commented on the union's reactions, saying what is being quoted by the union is, not its conclusion, but the presentation of a perception.
