Kurti: Serbia's stance has turned into stance of mediator Lajcak

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti at the media conference after the end of meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq in the presence of European Union mediators has sharply criticised the latter, saying they have accepted Serbia's conditions. He said he knew today about a document he said [...]
He has said that today he has learned about a document that he says is Serbia's “decomposition, while continuing to say Serbia's “position has become the attitude of mediator Lajcak”.
I found out today why it has not been working for six months with the sequenced implementation of the agreement because it has been put in a capital barrier since the beginning and which is conditioning Serbia. I haven't had this document before, they haven't published it, I've heard statements and believed they were the attitudes of one side, but it was not clear to me that Serbia's position has turned into the attitude of mediator Lajcak.”, Kurti said.
He has further said that the basic agreement is de facto recognition, but cannot be ignored and rejected after the same was accepted and published.
This should be overcome, any law faculty student anywhere in the world when reading the basic agreement says it's not de facto mutual recognition, we have preambles, first articles, and nowhere to find the Commission Association of the Serbian Majority, I need to see what the Brussels accords are referring to Article 10 to know that they are prior obligations. But this agreement is clearly a de facto recognition and now overlook this essence of this agreement and this prioritization of things there and put it in. ASK as a prerequisite says we are in 2013, is contrary to the basic agreement we have already accepted and launched.”, Kurti said.
