When we wake up in the morning, we must supply needed energy to carry on the day even further.
A healthy breakfast is ideal for maintaining good health. Wrong foods in the morning can increase hunger and nervousness, leading to wrong and overweight eating.
Eating morning cookies is by no means healthy. For a healthy and nutritious breakfast, add milk or yogurt, marmalate cookies, or some bread.
