One such case occurred in the village of Perlepnica in Gjilan on Tuesday, and has been denounced to the police, by a woman physically assaulted by her husband.
Sources within the Prosecutor's Office have suggested that the victim reported the physical violence her husband has exercised, after she has caught him in adultery by betraying him, to another woman.
The drama that took place in their home, where the victim took her husband and his girlfriend, was triggered by verbal conflict in physical violence, causing the woman who called her husband to account.
The signal teaches that, as a result, the woman has suffered bodily injuries for what she was sent to the Regional Hospital Emergency to receive medical treatment.
After reporting the case, the suspect has been arrested and accompanied to the police station, where he has issued his statement concerning the works he is in charge of.
As police procedures were completed, the State Prosecutor has ordered his ban for 48 hours, the initiative of the case for acts of “South-family” and “The slight body enforcement”, and the handover of criminal outcry within the legal deadline.
