The case in the police has been opened as “suicide” and the suspect who has been staying with the victim has been arrested. The same with the prosecutor's decision has been submitted to restraint.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina has already imposed one month's detention on the suspects, in the direction of the criminal act “suicide”.
The news has confirmed for Gazeta Express Pristina Foundation Court spokeswoman Mirlinda Gashi.
She said that after the prosecution's request, the same has been assigned a month-long detention measure.
The cause of the murder is unknown, while the body of the victim has been sent to the IML for navigation.
Police have announced that this event occurred on August 1st around 01:59.
