AGK strongly condemns lynching campaign against Nacional journalists in Prizren

In a banner based in the town of Prizren, where pictures of journalists are seen, Berat Buzhala's Volnet Krasniqi says “Justice for the people, punishment for the perpetrators. Boykoto Nacionale. Freedom of expression ends in insult”.

For the Kosovo Journalists' Association, such an act is totally unacceptable and puts both online and physical attacks on target, journalists and their families.

The AGK, invites the Kosovo Police and Orders to do their job of removing banners, and investigating the action containing hate and promotion languages. The AGK, at the same time, calls for such denigration campaigns to be halted, so that journalists and media can exercise their profession without stumbling.
