Thaci's defence begins questioning of former commander Remi

In Kosovo Specialised Chambers ( In The Hague, in judgment against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi, witness Rrustem Mustafa, former commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK) in the Llap Operative Zone, is continuing his testimony by answering Thaci's defence questions.
Witness Mustafa is the 13th consecutive witness in this court case, and Friday's session has begun answering defence attorney Luka Misetic questions, reports “Justice bet”.
Similarly, the protection of the accused has presented the time he plans to question this witness, so that Thaci's defence has declared there are no changes in the planning, Wessel's protection needs about 2 hours, Selimi's defence about 5 hours and Krasniqi's protection about 4 hours.
On the other hand, Special Prosecutor Claire Lawson stated that it may be necessary to ask witness supplementary questions, Mustafa, and under these circumstances his testimony is expected to continue next week.
Otherwise, at yesterday's session, witness questioning Mustafa was concluded by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, namely Prosecutor Cre Lawson and victims' defender Simon Laws, whose questions were asked at private session.
Mustafa has begun his testimony at Tuesday's session and has continued at Wednesday and Thursday's hearings.
