Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, within his Balkan tour, has stayed on Thursday in Kosovo.
Rama has met with the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca, as well as US Ambassador to Kosovo Jeffrey Havenier.
But Albanian Prime Minister Albin Kurti was not welcomed. Despite efforts by Mr Rama, who was waiting until the last moments of his stay in Kosovo for a confirmation of meeting with Kurti, this did not happen.
Parliament head Glauk Konjufca told reporters that the reason for Kurti's refusal to meet Rama is because the reports between them are “injured”.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti publicly conditioned Edi Rama for meeting with the meeting of two governments and signing 13 agreements reached between Kosovo and Albania.
Rama, on the other hand, prior to his visit to Kosovo, announced that he signed the documents with 13 agreements reached and that he was doing this “to remove concern” Kurt, with whom he still hoped for an appointment.
But neither was Rama's move enough for Kurt to wait at the office for the Albanian prime minister.
In Kosovo's “Rubicon”, Rama explained that in a continuous manner it has tried to communicate with Kurti, and even through the “VOatsapp” app. Rama said Kurti, in very rare cases, answered any answers.
Rama even said that it was so much “begged” The time for meeting was so that he had not offered such a prayer to an indifferent girl in his youth.
I haven't even gone back to an indifferent Juliet with so many demands that I personally made Albin for this meeting, and for the previous meeting that was very important, that I wanted to give you at that moment. But for this meeting, which is part of a process where Kosovo is there”, Rama said in Rubik.
From the opposition in Kosovo and individuals of different profiles from civil society have widely criticised Kurt's unwillingness to host Prime Minister Rama at the meeting.
