The Constitutional Court in Pristina has sentenced him to prison for three years accused M.H. for sexual assault.
The release reportedly is of minor age.
The “accused M.H. has been convicted and sentenced to prison terms for three years (3) which sentence will be executed after the full might of this act, in which sentence will be counted even the time spent in detention from 27.07.22 to 10,05.2023. The accused M.H. has suspended the detention measure with a special act of”.
Undamaged and minor with the legal representative, for implementation of the legal property requirement directed on civil charges. Against this act, the parties have the right to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeal, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina”, the report said.
