Prime Minister Albin Kurti has gone to see the Bayraktar fears that Kosovo bought from Turkey, which the Defence Ministry has so far neither denied nor confirmed officially.
Kurti showed today that famous fears “Bayraktar” have been added to the KSF arsenal and that some army officers have already conducted training for their use.
We have added Bayraktar fear to our army TB-2s that we bought as Government from Turkey!”, Kurti wrote on Facebook.
In two years of government, Kurti said they added “to over 80% the number of soldiers and over 100% the budget for the army”.
Kosovo is now even safer than always proud! With KSF Commander Lieutenant General Union Jashari and Defence Minister Armend Mehaji we commended officers who have conducted training for using the fears”, Kurti wrote.
Kosovo purchased the “Bayraktary” drone from Turkey, when politics in the region and the world are being militarized again.
