Kurt still rages with Rama: Rejects invitation, sends it to a deputy prime minister

So have media in Albania today, which stress that Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, incumbent Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazovic, northern Macedonia Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski, and Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Ministers Chairman Boryana Christo have confirmed the turnout. Meanwhile, according to RTSH sources, Kosovo will be represented by a deputy prime minister.
Leaders of the Basque region with Enlargement Commissioner Oliver Varhely will lunch at noon Monday, at an informal meeting where the Berlin Process will be discussed.
And according to a Kosovo Government communique, Prime Minister Albin Kurti from today is participating in the 25th edition of the International Symposium SYMI, which is held in Greece and where progressive politicians and prominent academics are participating.
According to the communiqué, the International Simposium SYMI is founded by former Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou and organised annually. This edition this year is called “Which world in 2030? Syndromews Icarus” ( Which World in 2030? Adversing the Icarus Syndrome.
It notes that this is the sixth time Prime Minister Kurti has been participating in this organisation.
Otherwise, Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama a few days ago, had a visit to all countries in the region to try to come up with a joint statement, as well as agreeing to common requirements towards the EU, for investments in our region.
Rama is not expected only by Prime Minister Kurti, due to the annulment of the previous joint meeting to be held in Gjakova. Kurti has said she only meets with Rama at a meeting of two Albanian governments.
But what is the Berlin Initiative Process aimed at boosting regional co-operation in the Western Balkans. This is an initiative in 2015 to support integration into the European Union of Western Balkan countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, northern Macedonia, Serbia and Albania.
Presented on August 28th by Chancellor Anglea Merkel, the Berlin Process is under way with the support of the European Commission, international financial institutions and member states, based on the adoption of the Aquiis communitarian, or the whole of common rights and obligations that unites all member states of the European Union.
