MP from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Andmend Zemaj, has declared that violence used in the Assembly is an unacceptable tool. He emphasises that such an act, against the Parliament's deputies, is seen only by the Kurti Government.
The heart has named the Kurti Government the only members of which have an unbecoming attitude towards Kosovo Assembly deputies.
We may have different mentalitys and we can take comparisons of developments, of the Government-Kover report, but I can regret that this government is the only one the deputy prime ministers have indiscreet behaviour towards MPs. There are non-parliamentary, insulting languages, long-term interventions that put MPs in embarrassment or out of discussions, and unfortunately tolerated thinking being passed”, he declared at RTV Duguagjini.
Zemaj has declared that violence used in the Assembly is an unacceptable tool.
Bad looks, which put Kosovo in the front of the most prestigious media, not for the better, thinking that the instruments of violence belong to the past, and hoping that the images of past years where there was gas, water, waste of things, etc. will be passed on to the democratic instruments of the Kosovo Parliament and at least by excluding the violence that is the most irreconcilable instrument<1>, he has declared.
On the other hand, analyst Astrit Gashi has declared he has not seen an opposition stance on the LDK's condemnation of violence.
As Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti was speaking at the Kosovo Parliament's folklore, he has been attacked by opposition deputies.
This opposition response comes after Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has removed the picture placed in the folk house by PDK deputy Ganimetie Musliu.
Kurt was first sprinkled with water by deputy The PDK, Mergim Lushtaku, followed by fighting between opposition and power deputies.
At this time Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has hit deputy Lushtaku with bottles of water in his face, where opposition and power MPs are later involved in beatings.
Prime Minister Kurti's close defence has immediately intervened, while the assembly goes on pause for 30 minutes.
