Jusuf Azemi, the SPSPK chairman of the Law's adoption for the minimum wage, has said private sector workers are being discriminated against by this law.
Be convinced that for a short period with this decision the Government of Kosovo has made, the Government of Kosovo itself will be discriminated against, company owners will be discriminated against... This approval of minimum pay is contrary to all laws in force because first the Government was right to take the opinion of partners, employers and employers who did not, but proposed it by itself”, Azemi said on the “show. FIVE” on RTV Dukagini.
Azem has said further that this law has passed rapidly, “just as they know to save these”.
He added that there has been expectations that this minimum wage would take place approximately 400 euros, suggesting that there are no houses that could be found at the end of the month at 264 euros.
For us this is not the law... this Government, its people are more easily talking to people of criminality than with state institutions or union”, he said, adding that it is difficult for companies.
“Paga 260 euros is humoral salary, money pay, and these salaries keep for property because for Kosovo private sector employees except workers who perform services for state institutions, there is certainly no salary. People have been waiting for this pay to increase, but since January 1st, workers with this salary can only see them in photos otherwise in their jobs, not”, it has added Azem away.
On the Thursday of July 13th, with 60 votes for, only one abstention and none against, the Law for the minimum wage has been adopted by Kosovo Parliament deputies.
