SNANDAL: Minister Rizvanolli and LVV deputies place Pristina as part of Serbia on Scopus platform

“Pristina, Serbia”, figures the location registered by several executive and legislative officials in their profiles on the Scopus platform.

Scopus is one of the most important platforms in the world that contains data on the scientific publications of international authors. Scientists of various spheres publish their publications there.

The platform does not recognise Kosovo as a state. A Kosovo government minister has also been deployed on this line: Artane Rizvanelli. In the account at Minister Rizvanolli's Scoupe, Kosovo's capital is registered as a residence in Serbia, based on public records of the platform.

Pristina's presentation as part of Serbia constitutes violations of constitutional principles, according to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.

Besides the economy minister, other Vetvendosje Movement officials have registered their settlements in Scopus in “Pristina, Serbia”.

Armend Muja, a university professor and deputy of the Vetevendosje Movement, is also registered on the Scopus science platform.

Like the economy minister, the deputy from Mitrovica during the census on the Scopus platform has registered Pristina as part of Serbia, thus violating Kosovo's constitutional principles.

Muja's colleague in the Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group, Mirsad Shkreta, has also published his scientific works on this platform and has placed Pristina within Serbia's territory.

And other LVV deputies. Ardian Gola of Fitim UkaThey're registered equally on the international science platform.

MP Fittim Uka, Last working on Scopus It was published in 2023.

Uka's work exposes even a lie said last year by Minister of Education, Science, Technology and innovation Arberie Nagavci, who rushed to credit for changing Serbia's code with that of Kosovo on this platform.

In a September 2022 post, Nagavci said that thanks to the August job, Scopus has recognised Kosovo and the delay, according to her, was due to the negligence of its predecessors.

“Platforma Scopus recognises Kosovo. Despite individual researchers' initiatives that Kosovo is listed at one of the world's most important scientific platforms, such as the Scopus platform, the institutional part of action has so far been missing, Minister Nagavci said last year.

“As a result, all the work of our Kosovo researchers has so far been billed to Serbia. AugustI has taken steps, addressing this problem, and today I have the satisfaction of sharing the good news with the entire research community that their research work is already known to Kosovo”.

The success promoted by Minister Nagavci is not confirmed by Scopus. On this platform, Kosovo continues to figure out part of Serbia.

For violating constitutional principles, the Ministry of Industry, Undertaking and Trade has been put in pursuit of national television, Klan Kosova.

About two weeks ago, the Agency for Registering Business, which operates under MINT, ruled that the suspension of the Kosovo Clan business certificate was due to a census contrary to constitutional principles, only because its owner in another state, where the code “xk” for Kosovo, registered KGO Media with Serbia's passport.

The decision, which the government has not withdrawn yet despite the reactions of foreign diplomatic representatives in the country of international organisations, is still in effect. /Paparaci.com/.
