Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Ganimete Musliu has sharply criticised Kurti Government for failing to act on the mass migration of Kosovo citizens. Musliu said the position that two years in a row suffers from ill ambition to be actors in the political park, where crises and political and economic challenges are addressed, while the people of Kosovo have lost hope in their political class and as a result has decided to leave abroad.
And we have a government today that is finally burying the hope of citizens every day and proving that the change they've been promoting and having brought about is bad.
As a result of all of this, with a chaotic and background-free policy, our citizens have noticed the world. Kosovo is experiencing the greatest ecstasy of its history. He is experiencing it quietly because his topic is not in favour of the government”, Musliu stressed.
She said migration is the revolt of a people against policymaking and against the arrogance of power, as a result of which Kosovo today is in the midst of a national social disaster.
<x0 need, teachers, soldiers, policemen, firefighters, bankers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, educated middle class, citizens who would prefer to stay and build their future in Kosovo today, because of the system's bastards and because of their professional and personal depreciation have chosen to abandon the country. Shops don't have customers. Village houses are empty. The decline in the number of students in schools is frightening. The standard of living for families is unaffordable with the wages being offered. The prospect for the future is in existence. The reasons for mass migration are clear: disappointment, fear of the future ahead, but the main reason is the loss of hope that this political class will seriously approach subjects that regulate and ensure the integrity and legitimacy of this society. As a result of all of this, Kosovo today is in the midst of a national social disaster”, Musliu added.
The PDK wants the government to take urgent steps to prevent the country's dismissal.
We have an obligation to engage and provide policies that turn hope around and provide prospects for a well-being life for our citizens. The country's government should take priority and take urgent steps to prevent the country from emptying because if we continue this way, tomorrow we won't have to engage”, Musliu said.
