Leader of The PDK said the kidnapping of three Kosovo police officers on our country's territory is a clear violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state.
Serbia's “actions are an open disregard for international rights and obligations, as well as principles of democracy. Moreover, this is an open provocation and a clear position by Serbia that it does not want peace with Kosovo”, Krasniqi has said.
Opposition leader has stressed that through this action, Serbia and Aleksandar Vuciqi testified that it remains with the same logic as that of Slobodan Milosevic's Serbia.
Krasniqi said that now, beyond politics, important is the return of three kidnapped police officers home. For their return, Krasniqi has said he is the responsibility of Prime Minister Kurti.
“All of Kosovo is united in awaiting and trying to return our kidnapped police officials safely and quickly. We demand that Serbia provide information on their security and the conditions for maintaining them. Then there will be time to see what happened and why. Now we all need to focus on their immediate return. However, since the responsibility for the health and security of our policemen is Serbia's, the responsibility for their return home is now yours, Prime Minister”, the chairman of the government has said. Serbia's three Kosovo policemen's kidnapping parliamentary session was launched this morning at the invitation of PDK chairman Memli Krasniqi.
But, at this session, two other opposition parties' mayors -- Lumir Abdijdzic from the LDK and Ramush Haradinaj from the AAK -- were not present at all.
