Lajcak continues meetings with US officials for the situation in the north

The European Union's minister for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has indicated he met with two White House officials in Washington.

He on Twitter has stressed that he met with US Deputy Council of National Security, Ion Finner, and Senior Director for Europe Amanda Sloat.

Lajcak stressed that they have talked about the situation in northern Kosovo.

“We talked about the necessary steps for de escalation and the way forward in the EU facilitated dialog”, Lajcak has said.
