US Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland has announced the meeting with the European Union's emissary for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, whom she called the old “”.
Nulanda wrote on Twitter that they call on Kosovo and Serbia to reduce tensions and immediately start implementing the last agreement on the road to normalisation.
“We call on Kosovo and Serbia to reduce tensions immediately and start implementing Ohrid” commitments, Nuland wrote.
The senior American official said they support the European Union's three-point plan for how the crisis in northern Kosovo should be resolved.
“We continue to support the EU's three-point plan as the best way to resolve crisis”, Nuland wrote.
Came to love old friend EUSR @Miroslav Lajcak. We fought Kosovo and Serbia to de-secalate tension and become implementing Ohrid emissions. We continue to support the EU three-point plan as the best way to restore the criteria. Pic.twitter. com/ ZT4pnaEY
